The job was well done and the worker was very informative he was on time and everything went off like clockwork.

The technician who came out was very nice and explained our options to us making it clear that if we weren't happy they would walk away at no charge to us. We ended up doing the upgrade and all the carpet high traffic stains came out and looks great.

Our technician Triel was so great! We didn't get a phone call updating us on his arrival time and when I got home from an emergency vet appt he was already there with my mother in law and was completely flexible with us.
He came in and gave an honest assessment of our carpets and what treatment he recommended for them. He was friendly and and was worked around our animals (cats and an injured anxious great dane) with no issues. We will definitely be requesting him again for future services with Zerorez!

I like the smell the product even after the job is done and the professionalism of the employee Brian was great.

Very professional I was not sure it would come clean but it looks like new carpet. Very happy

The person who cleaned the carpet was very nice and cleaned the carpets better than any service I have used.

Tte female technician who serviced my home on Friday was your best worker yet and I have happily used your company for many years. She was very well mannered and professional. For the first time ever, fans were placed by her in all the rooms and they greatly improved the drying time.

Convenient and always on time. Technicians are always very friendly.

The two young men that showed up where friendly and knowledgable. They worked fast but efficient and where very concerned about whether or not my husband and I where satisfied. When they laft, our carpets had never looked so good, they where even able to get a rust stain up that I thought would never come up.

Thank You, Zerores! You have gained a lifelong customer.
