Tilon was the technician who come out to clean our carpets. He was extremely professional and answered all of our questions. This was the first time using Zerorez but it will not be the last. The carpets look great!

Mike Rivera did my carpet cleaning. He did an excellent job. I had had problems with another company the day before, and I had some odd requests for him - like letting me look at all his gear before he unloaded it from his truck (bcz the other company's gear was FILTHY and SMELLY)... Mike was very willing to accommodate me in any way he could, and he took his time to address all of my concerns. He was easy to talk to, professional, courteous, and careful with my home. My carpets are beautifully clean. I very much appreciate Mike's willingness to go the extra mile and CARE about the quality of his work - a rare find in today's world. Thank you Mike!
