Three rooms and a stairwell were all done within 2 hours time. All questions were answered promptly, the gentleman was very polite, and he appeared to enjoy his work.

(Much better than Chem Dry that I have used in the past. They were cranky and unfriendly and not willing to work on getting a spot out.)

Our bonus room carpet had black marks from our treadmill & elliptical machines. My technician, Reggie did an outstanding job and was able to get all of the stains out of our carpet! The carpet looks great & smells so fresh!! I highly recommend Zerorez!
