On time, courteous, and did a good job. We've used Zerorez for a number of years. Somehow (even with the "specials") we always seem to end up paying over $200.00 each time they come. There are so many fees added on....the fees should be specified when signing up for the "deal" so we know what to expect.
The techs that come out are always very courteous, timely, accommodating, and professional. Trell was awesome!
The cleaning method is great as well. Without using a ton of chemicals, my carpets and sofa manage to come out looking and smelling great every single time.
