This company is great. Mick, our technician, was on time and got right to work. Mick even showed a comparison before and after on an area I wasn't sure even needed cleaning. Wow, it sure did, what a difference. All in all, Mick was in and out in no time, took one of our larger area rugs back to the shop for cleaning and reminded me to let the kids know to keep shoes off of the area until it was completely dry. It's nice to know that there is a company that cares about their customers and has great service.

Cory, my technician, was able to get my carpets looking as clean as they did the day I had them installed nearly 12 years ago! In particular, he was able to remove a splattering of wine stain that had been there for over a year. I really didn't expect that--simply because it had been so long, and I knew that the stain had probably gotten locked deep into the fibers after all this time. In terms of customer service, Cory, was very professional and courteous, and right from the start, hopeful about my satisfaction with the product and service. I would use these services again, and would recommend him and Zerorez to anyone!
