I have only had one service. Air duct cleaning and as far as i know it went well. The only negative thing was i was informed the motor was dirty and yet not included in my call unless i wanted to pay an additional 200 dollars. This should have been discussed before the service day. They took pictures but could not clean. Not happy about that.

Technician was on time and friendly. He provided in depth explanation of the process and services to be provided. My only complaint would be that it took way longer got the carpet to dry than I was told
Our technician did a fantastic job when he came out to clean our carpets! We had multiple issues that needed to be addressed, including pet stains/odors, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We will definitely be using Zerorez again and am happy to recommend them to anyone!
