I liked the professionalism of our technician, Steve Jeanty, who serviced my home! Steve explained the process before starting and while setting up, Steve took extra care not to damage our Brazilian Cherry hardwood flooring! While cleaning our carpets, Steve made sure our carpets were PERFECT! It’s been a very long time since receiving GREAT customer service like this! I tried give a nice gratuity after Steve finished but he would not take it, it’s against company policy. I really wish we could have tipped him to show our appreciation for the tremendous job he did! The customer service that I received from the start - calling to make my appointment to having my service completed was AMAZING. My carpets look absolutely wonderful! I’m so pleased!

The gentleman that came to the office was very friendly. Explained what needed to done and what shouldn't be done to our furniture. He did a great job and it didn't take as long as I expected.
