I had stains in the carpet that I had tried to remove with a traditional shampoo machine with no luck. Zerorez removed the stain with minimal effort. I also like that there was no residue after the job was completed. Great job Zerorez!

The air ducts were cleaned well. The carpets were good but there was still a smell from dog urine in one of our bed rooms. The people were very nice and helpful.

We really appreciate the prompt service. Jarvis H. was the service tech that came to our home and he was very nice and polite. he explained what he was going to do and asked if we had any questions or concerns. He did a great job and took great care with his equipment while in our home. We had just had some repainting done and he used protective guards on the corners of walls and furniture.

He also recommended to turn up heat and turn on ceiling fans to run while we left after the cleaning to run errands and let carpet dry. It worked great, all the rooms with fans were completely dry when we returned about 4 hours later and the others well on their way.

The pet stains came out great and the carpets look very clean.
