The rep was wonderful, he did a great job, my only problem was when i scheduled my appointment no one explained to me about the Pet treatment upcharge per room.
Tech returned after initial carpet cleaning to go back over some previously stained/dark areas and was able to remove a little more to my satisfaction. Thank you.

Overall, I was very pleased with Zerorez. The tech was on time, fast and professional. The carpets look so much better. The only complaint that I have is I wanted to add the pet enzyme and called prior to the tech to add it on and was told just to let them know when they arrived. What she failed to mention is that it is an additional $90 per area!
