I have used other carpet cleaning services before and the results do not even compare to the quality of Zerorez. I really like that they use powered water instead of harsh chemicals. It made my carpets look brand new and the apartment smell so clean.

My service technician was very thorough. He was an hour late as a result of traffic. he walked through, listened and went to work. I never thought the carpet could possibly look this good especially in "dog room". some spots have reappeared since drying but I didn't expect that he could get them out. I can go in the room now without almost throwing up. Thanks VON for making my carpet feel better! I would highly recommend Von for his professionalism, attentiveness and hard work. We all know Atlanta traffic so I won't hold the tardy arrival against him. I would definitely request his service again.
