Professional service I needed my sectional and carpet clean, the technician explained in details why my carpet absorbed abundance of dirt because the quality of the carpet. The customer service was great. Richard and Najee did an excellent job and they took their time to make sure that I was informed about every step of the process. I did have a furnace issue and they even made a recommendation which turned out to be very, very helpful.
