Client Testimonials

Water only cleaning - no chemicals

Efficiency, no chemicals, and very professional.

Great service

All around great people and service

Jarit was great, very good job

Great technician! Carpets cleaned and in a fast manner. Quick to dry. House smells so much cleaner and the enzyme pet spray is the best I've seen!

The service person was on time and examined the sofa well before he started working. I understood my sofa needed cleaning and he would do his best. I am satisfied but not thrilled. I do think a bit more cleaning on the back of the sofa would have produced better results. The service was really expensive, $145.

My carpets looked and felt amazing and my house smelled wonderful!!!

Well run company.

You live up to your ads.

Excellent contact with me in verifying arrival times.

I like how my floors look after they're cleaned. I also like that you provide specials regularly and allow the customer to keep the special price even when a circumstance arises and the customer isn't able to keep the regular scheduled appointment.

Great job. Thank you

My tech was so nice and explained everything so well.

Good quality work, very nice technician. Carpet looks and smells so much better.

The Tech that cleaned our carpets was the same as last year, both times, he was very professional & efficient. Our carpets look great!

We have used Zerorez for years and have never been disappointed. But this time, Mike did an amazing job. We had some construction done and the white carpet was terribly stained. But now it is as good, or better than ever. Great service, prompt and efficient, and friendly knowledgeable technician.

Excellent cleaning. Reasonable price

All around great work

I have used Stanley Steamer services in the past to clean carpeting. Having pets, I needed the carpet deodorized. Weeks after they were done, the carpet still felt wet and dirty with impurities. I much prefer the wonderful products and service from Zerorez. Damien Williams arrived promptly, and began work immediately. He could see I have dogs, and didn't hesitate after letting me know the cost, but began treating spots on the carpet I never thought would come out. He went above and beyond just being courteous but is a wonderful representative of Zerorez!
