Had a terrific, heavily experienced rep who told me exactly what to expect, what he could, couldn't do before he started. The results were 'spot on' (pun intended) and aligned perfectly with what he told me. Very pleased with the results, I'd recommend Zerorez very highly!

We had an unfortunate experience with our first carpet cleaning. I had to ask the technician to clean a small walk in closet that was part of our bedroom, and he forged my name on part of the paperwork. Our second technician, Jerit G, was AWESOME, and explained additional steps that could be taken if our pet odor problem wasn't eradicated. He was very personable, and really took the service the extra mile! Our minds were at ease after he left our home, and because of his ability to recover our trust as consumers, we'd recommend and use Zerorez again!
Fast friendly service
This is our first time using ZeroRez and I cannot rate the actual outcome of the service as I am getting my area rug cleaned. But I will tell you our service tech- who picked up our rug_ was very professional, polite and I would recommend him.

The young man who came out to clean was great! He was very knowledgeable and kind and worked hard to make sure we were happy with the result. We got very clean carpets that I had thought would have to be torn up.
