My request from Zerorez was to clean my carpets but also clean two sofas. I love Zerorez for the no chemical toxins cleaning technology. However, I loved Reggie, the technician who was intelligent and professional and told me honestly that my fine upholstery could not be cleaned by this technology without damage and that I needed to use another cleaning technique. I appreciate this honest, up front way of doing business. And Reggie was a refreshing change from most people that call on my home to do contracted work. He was friendly and so wonderful to deal with. Reggie is a true asset to Zerorez and understands true customer service. He was respectful of me and my home and actually knows how to treat customers. Friendly staff. Good customer service. No harsh chemicals used on my carpet.
I wasn’t very happy with the steps dripping water from the edge of the steps to the next step. I used a towel to blot the excess water up. And my carpet was cleaned at 9:00am on Saturday AND there are still several places that are NOT DRY yet. It is now 7:23pm on Sunday. Other than that, pleased.

I like the end results of your cleaning. My carpet looks clean without any chemical smell left behind. My carpet is soft and clean just like it was when it was new. I am comfortable about my grandchildren playing on the floor after a cleaning. I love the time blocks you offer for appointments also, because my whole day is not interrupted. I could not imagine allowing anyone else for cleaning out carpet now. My service tech Larone was very professional and friendly. I really felt comfortable with him in my home and I will request him the next time I make an appointment. Thank you for the quality service you offer to your costomers!
