Professional technician. He removed spots I thought were permanent and the house smelled so clean.

Tech was very friendly and did a great job!

great representative. Informative, courteous performed the job beyond our expectations. The carpet is clean with no residual odors.

Nice job.

Great Work.
I really appreciate your time and effort while working on the stubborn stains on my carpet. Nice job. see soon.

They let me know they were running late and took of $21 as an apology for the inconvenience. Rather gentleman who worked on our carpets did a great job and completed 3 rooms and stairs in 1 hr. The carpets dried within the 4-5 hrs that they said. I would highly recommend them!

Technician was efficient, polite and quick. Rugs look great.

My carpet looks brand new!! I was so impressed by the transformation. I was so upset I hadn’t taken before pictures because no one will believe how dirty my carpet was! Thank you for sending out such an awesome representative to clean my carpet. I liked that he was fast, focused, polite, and obviously takes a lot of pride in what he does. You’ve gained a loyal customer!

Great technician and great carpet cleaning

Darius was great!

the carpet cleaning was awesome, very clean. The young man Tyler was very professional.

I Like that it's chemical free. And the tech is always pleasant.

I like that the technician paid attention to detail . I like a lot of cleaning lines to be left in my carpet

Customer service and professionalism

Dry quicklt

I was disappointed that they were unable to clean the dryer stating they were not able to clean because it was shaped a different way. I had it cleaned before without any problem so am wondering if it’s the way trick us. I also though they would open the vents.

Radareus Jolly did a great job! Our carpet is very clean and we are so pleased.

Carpets are clean. Service person was very nice. Do not like service charge. You can’t do the job without coming to the house. Getting to work is part of the job.

I was not given or told about the products used, although I had to keep my eyes on the tech while he was working making sure he does proper cleaning

Friendly and helpful staff. Honestly and integrity of the company.

Professional and on time

I loved my technician. I was disappointed that he could not quickly zap a 5 x 7 area rug. the price quoted was more than the rug. And since it is in the front, I did not want it to be gone.

Excellent job. Consistent.

No residue or strange smell

Great experience- the tech was thorough with explanations and asking me about any concerns or areas needing additional service. The results were immediately visible, even though my carpet was installed a year ago! Will use again.

Thorough, friendly and knowledgeable

Efficient

The tech was excellent. He explained the process very well and made sure to show how different the carpet cleaned was pre and post cleaning. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone.

I liked the technician. He seemed to know what he was doing and got our carpets cleaned. I like that he pretreated the carpet.

Very pleased overall for the professionalism, knowledge and hard work from the Tech that came to my home. His name was Andre R. Very polite young man. I showed him around what needed cleaning, my concerns, a couple of problem spots where a “pup” accident or spill. He was fully knowledgeable about the kind of carpet I have and is hard working and takes pride in this work to make sure you’re pleased with the overall work when finished and what to do should any “spot” reappear. Advised me what to expect for drying time, tips to avoid any slick spots while drying and estimated drying time. He was totally “on point”!! He should be recognized for his great customer care, attention to detail and taking pride in his work. Would recommend him! Regarding the product itself, I’m totally pleased with the outcome! Carpet looks new again, spots gone, smells great, dried completely in 4-5 hrs. “Feels new when running my hand over it after drying and now sev. days later. “Feels” clean with no underlying “residue” feel. Would definitely use again. You can use my initials P.B. and my comments, and/or non-identifying info, for safety reasons in these days and times to the general public. Thank you!
