Loved our guy that came out to do the job. Carpets look great.

Your product is just amazing, and so is the technician who cleaned our carpets on Monday, May 6th. He was very respectful, helpful and thorough. We had a spot on the carpet in one of the bedrooms and when I showed it to him, he said that he would take care of that, and he definitely did so. We had tried to take care of that spot to no avail.

I can’t believe how clean my carpet is! I have heard people talk about Zerorez on WSB and just haven’t taken the time to call and set it up. But I am so glad I did. They were able to schedule my cleaning around my busy schedule. The technician was on time, friendly, and did a fantastic job. I will definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone who needs carpet cleaning.

I love how thorough and knowledgeable the techs were! They came in with a black light and offered us a solution to thoroughly clean our carpets versus just covering up stains. Both techs were incredibly nice and informative, as well. We are very satisfied with our decision to use Zerorez!

Totally impressed with this service. Our technician was super with total attention to detail in the job. Our carpets had not been cleaned in 4 years with obvious traffic dirt tracks. The attention to detail was great and the care to meet our expectations surpassed my goals. Our carpets look great, dirty heavy traffic areas clean. Our technician was friendly, detail oriented, very efficient in his job, on time anld explained what he was doing. I plan to call Zerorez for all my cleaning needs.
