Reggie was awesome! Very professional, knowledgeable and empathetic to my situation (tenants heavily soiled and stained the carpet throughout). He was able to get the majority cleaned and explained why the stains that remained were unable to be removed.

This was the first time I had used Zeorez for anything. I only wanted an upholstered chair cleaned. The person I first talked to gave me good information about what was the best way to clean my chair. The technician did a great job, so I decided to send off an area rug as well as have some curtains dry cleaned. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. I will use them again.

I will always use and recommend your company for carpet cleaning. My wing back chairs look great even though Josh said the stains might not come out completely..
The dogs used the front & sides of the chair to wipe there faces. Yes I had a cover on the chairs. They would get under the covers!!
