Tech was very friendly and very sincere. Only problem I had it took almost 24 hours carpet to dry.
After cleaning the carpet 1st time, it should vacuum 2nd time. In that way excess water remove from the carpet and it will dry faster.

The Zero Rez technicians are prompt, efficient, polite and friendly, AND they get my carpet CLEAN. The only thing that bothers me, because I am old, is that they do not move furniture. Next time I need my carpets cleaned, I am going to have to figure that problem out ahead of time or use a carpet cleaner that does move furniture. I just can't move it myself anymore.
