I do have a complaint, the company truck which he was driving leak oil in my driveway

Mike was exceptional and very thorough. He came back a 2nd time to retreat a urine stain and was just as friendly and professional as he was on the 1st visit. I’ll be asking for him by name the next time we need our carpets cleaned.

We've had Zeroez out several times for our carpets, but have now had them take away a room rug a couple of times then bring it back clean and everything they do is fantastic. WAAAAY cheaper than buying new carpet and rugs and all, but more important is the quality of people -- I never have any hesitation about having to be there when the Zerorez folks are, whether its the safety of my family or stuff around the house, etc, just great people every time and they always do the job top-notch.
