Technician was great. Super hard worker. Really got my carpets clean. I’ve used Stanley Stermer in past. He got up stains that they haven’t in two previous cleanings.

Sam was on time, polite and professional. He did the cleaning thoroughly and then asked for me to check out the work. He wore slip covers on his shoes and was careful of two cats running around underfoot.

Mike & Carlos were great! Had some stubborn spots that reappeared after the first cleaning. They came, took the spots with them and left me some cleaner. Very personable and friendly guys. Great experience with Zerorez altogether. Could not recommend them highly enough.
