This process was effective in removing both dirt and stains while using limited amounts of water in the cleaning process. The last time we had our carpet cleaned it was with a company who used a LOT of water and sadly, the carpet took a long time to dry and soon became dirty again. This product really works, I had a rust stain that I tried many different products and it didn't come out however zerorez tech told me he could get it out and he did. I was very happy and because of that I would definitely use then again and recommend to anyone else. The tech Tilon was very informative about the products and what they can do and he showed and proved.

Everything was great except for a mix up on the delivery of my rug. Your text stated that the rug would be delivered on Wednesday, Oct 3. I focused on Wednesday and waited most of the day then realized that Wednesday was actually Oct 2d and your plan was to deliver the rug the 2d of Oct, Thursday not Wednesday as your text stated.
