I was amazed with your services. Your technician, Williams (Cory) arrived on time and wanted me to show him the problem areas. He then explained in detail the processes and then started cleaning. I was blown away at how wonderful my carpet looked - looks like I had new carpet installed. I will definitely continue using your company and have already referred you to my sister.

I have used zero rez for 2 or 3 years. And i really like the work. They do an amazing job cleaning my carpets. Every employee they have sent to my house has been friendly, professional and a diligent worker. Frazier was my last carpet cleaner and the one before him cant remember his name were so good at thier job, i have taken pics of my carpet sent to friends and recomennded zero rez.

The appointment setting was super easy, the text confirmations were great, the technician was on time and friendly, and best of all the couch is SO CLEAN! It looks like a brand new couch.
