Quality, knowledgeable technicians
Zerorez came out almost immediately to clean my carpets. My floors have definitely seen better days and needed a thorough cleaning. I’d been trying to maintain them myself, but I’m no pro. Trell came out and revived my floors. Stains were gone. Smell was gone. And he was in such a good mood, even though it was hot, last stop of the day and my munchkins were running all over the place! He even gave me pointers on how to maintain the cleaning. He was so professional and I don’t think I want anyone else cleaning our floors. The company is great, but in this case, our tech is the reason while we’ll continue with the service. Thanks again, Trell!

Green Clean. Enzymes used to clean pet stains works great. the smell is not a perfumed scent but a light natural clean smell. Fast and efficient. Protective measures taken. Offered large throw rug service too!

Fair price for the services rendered. The technician, Trell, was very professional and courteous. He was thorough and explained everything that he was doing. He made suggestions but did not push things that were not needed. I was very pleased that he told me that if for any reason we were not satisfied with his work that he would come back and correct the problem. I liked the warranty.

How thoroughly my carpets were cleaned. The carpet looked brand new and had a refreshing smell. The products are good The professionalism of the customer service representatives and the technician.
The technician we had here Chris was very thorough. The product itself to me is just very clean it doesn't leave a residue everything smells so fresh. I actually got down and smell the carpet I can't smell anything but clean. My roommate thinks I was kind of nuts to do that but I was amazed at just how different it is from like your typical rug Doctor services or machines. I would definitely highly recommend your services.

I really liked the service that was done in my carpet. However I did see some places that were missing treatment, but I will call to have someone come back out to treat the area in my dining room/kitchen.
