Jonathan was great! Very professional had his PPE on. My house smell nice and my carpets look brand new again. I give 5 stars because Jonathan explain the process; we went to each room. Jonathan pointed out the heavy foot travel areas. I was amazed how great the family room carpet was beautiful again. Yes I would recommend.

Unfortunately, I paid $150.00 Extra for the *Enzyme PreTreatment for Dog Accidents.
The Urine stains reappeared in 2 to 3 days.
Zerorez came back and Cleaned the Reoccurring Spots, but 2 to 3 days later, they reappeared.
The carpet looks Great, but a waste of $150.00 extra for the *Enzyme PreTreatment.
I will spend about $10.00 to PreTreat myself the next time.
