Client Testimonials

My technician was the best!!! Carpet looked amazing once she was done..

Exceeded my expectations. The technician, Steve, understood exactly what we needed, and he was amazing, thorough , and friendly. My carpet never looked so good and the carpet is 13 years old. I have had it cleaned many times and the others could not get the dark spots out but Zerorez(Steve) did!

I love every thing about ZeroRez. The technician was on time. He was friendly and did an awesome job. The price was affordable. I will use them in the future.

I like the feel of the carpets after they're cleaned and the fact that the carpets dry so quickly. Our service rep, Chyna, made it a point to clean the rugs thoroughly, and she did a walk-through with me to ensure that evrything was done to my satisfaction.

Great technician

My carpet is cleaner than it’s ever been. Also left beside a full spray bottle of powered water to clean spots.

God price, great service quality product

I've used Zerorez twice in 2 years (at different homes) and have been impressed with the results of their carpet cleaning both times. The staff (phone staff and field technicians) have treated my wife and I with the most utmost respect. Zerorez is easily my carpet cleaner of choice for anyone. Their advertising is honest, their expectations of the homeowner is made up front (and reasonable), and their staff is easy to work with.

The technician, Anthony, did a phenomenal job cleaning my carpet. He took his time to ensure that my carpet received the proper care, and he was also descriptive when discussing what was being done. I highly recommend Zerorez and I will definitely be using them again!

Punctual, works efficiently and pleasant staff.

Great service. On time. Good follow up and great understanding of what the techs were doing.

You did a Fabulous job, arrived on time and had a friendly technician to do the work! Highly recommend your service!

Very effective product and friendly technicians. The tech who came today didn't protect my doors with the plastic protectors and scraped some of the paint off the doors. Usually the techs protect my doors and walls.

Technician was prompt, courteous, informative, and professional.

Our technician was very professional and courteous. 10+ for him.
