Because of Covid-19 I was hesitant to schedule but I am so happy that I did. My technician was very nice and knowledgeable about what he was doing and his product and company. He had gloves, KN95 mask and shoe covering. After he finished he offered to sanitize all doorknobs and stair railings. I declined and told him I would do it myself so he gave me a bottle of cleaner.
My carpets look great and the smell of rosemary and orange peel is so nice. My technician offered me several options and I politely refused what I didn’t want and felt no pressure at all. I was glad he told me about some extra options otherwise I would not have known. My carpet were dry in 6-8 hours. Perfect!!
I will recommend Zerorez to anyone that needs the carpet cleaned.

Our tech Steve called and said he could come at 2pm instead of the 3-6 window. This was great. He was very professional and polite. Didn't try to upsell us but did explain in detail the additional services available. He did an excellent job on our carpets and we were (are) very pleased with the result.
