I am very pleased with the results of the carpet cleaning by Zerorez yesterday. The technician was very professional and courteous and finished cleaning the carpet in my house in one hour. (5 rooms and the hallway) He pretreated any stains and said to call if the stains came back and Zerorez would return and treat them again at no charge.
