Love the small groups and that when there is obviously a child with special needs in the class the Y added an instructor to help with the group.

We have been taking swim lessons since January and the small groups have been perfect.

Lots of variety for all ages. Swim lesson instructors are very accomplished. Love the pool/s.staff is very helpful. Locker areas are well cared for. Child care area is very busy and happy,judging from the squeals of fun.

The facilities are great. The staff is incredibly friendly&hepful. And the patrons are likewise considerate and cheerful. Plus, the kids are as cute as can be. As I have been wheelchair bound for more than 52 years, all of the above especially mean a lot to me.

The Y tries to accommodate all ages, and the staff are always so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

A very widely varieties of activity and the staffs are so nice!

Clean facility, well lit and comfortable temperature. Many choices for workout - many types of machines for our family plus classes like Pilates and Zumba. We like the indoor track.

PJ is going to be my personal trainer. Him and I made a list of goals for me to accomplish with my workouts. The staff always treats me nice and I feel at home there.

My wife and I went to West Chester last weekend both because it was convenient to our plans later in the day, as well as the Zumba class schedule that met with her needs.

The facilities are always clean, and the staff is always friendly. We're happy to be a part of the Y because we know that our membership helps to support an organization that is more than a gym, but rather contributes to the community through its offerings and corporate vision.

Just Joined up, the equipment is good, no hot tub though.

I love that there are many different classes offered, and the child watch (kid zone) is amazing. The staff is always very friendly and they take great care of the kids!

I love the group ex classes!

I mostly use cardio equipment. Equipment is well maintained, clean and models are current. My only requests would be to increase # of ellipticals without moving arms. Also to increase # of stairmills.

I also request to maintain more large exercise balls in stretching area. Most of them are too small.

I like the classes and the teachers that lead them.
