there are lots of group classes that I like and best of all at times that suit my schedule.

I like the building, it's clean, and kept-up well. I do think you can use more handicapped parking spots, or even some additional "variable" spots that can be marked as handicapped-only use at certain times, such as shortly before a seniors arthritis class.

I can go anytime to work out on the machines and mats. But there are also classes that are helpful to me that I try to get to periodically.
The staff is pretty friendly and helpful with any questions I have.

I only swim in the competitive pool. I like the cleanliness, the times in the morning and the convenience.

Many choices. The current youth swimming instructor for level 6 seems a much better instructor than my relative had last year for this class.

Several offerings. Child care available for my other kids. The fact that kids can be taken to class if I'm in the middle of an adult class so I get to workout too.

The level 4 preschool lessons on Saturday have been very good for our daughter. However, last term, she was in level 2 and we felt that it was a bit too easy for her. It would be nice to have a proper assessment when a student begins the lessons, so that they are placed into the right class. Also, it has been less frequent this term, but last term for level 2 lessons, we had so many substitute teachers which made it difficult to keep the consistency in the class.

The variety of activities as well as the variety of machines. There is always something to do even though I may not feel like exercising.

The friendliness of all staff is very encouraging.

There's a wide variety of activities that I can try out without having to go somewhere specific for a specialized session.

One comment for improvement:
Better temperature regulation in the MB studio is needed. Day I notice it as am in there for more than one class is Wednesday morning. (Same issue occurred last year and took three months to address). Around 9am the air conditioning goes on, keeps running, and temperatures drop. By 11am it is so cold, many put on sock and jackets during the 10am stretch yoga class. That's one class that for muscle safety should not be that cool.

The swim instructor (Cece) keeps the kids engaged and challenges them to do things outside of their comfort zone. She is also very patient with them and doesn't force them into doing things if they are not ready. I've been very happy with Cece as an instructor.
