The professionalism.
The man who came to do our carpets was very friendly and informative. He even came a little early, giving us a call first, of course. He worked very quickly and efficiently, getting all three rooms done in about an hour. He put a protectant on it and gave us additional information, such as no vacuuming for the first two days and also not to walk on the carpets with socks on as the residue may stick to our socks. He was very nice and thorough.

Technician was courteous, friendly, professional. Like the way he Corner protectors to keep the hoses from rubbing on the corners. Was able to get out 90% of all the stains. Mind you some of the stains have been there for multiple years.

Well, it was expensive for this widow, but ALL of the dog stains were gone! Really didn't expect to see such an excellent job! The man who did all the work was capable, friendly and considerate. And the carpeting on the steps looked like new....still does. Frankly, I've been sorely disappointed by other cleaning companies, including Stanley Steamer.
