As a Realtor, I'm always looking for great companies for client referrals. I recently moved in to a 1930s era home and had Zerorez clean the ductwork that probably had not been cleaned in several decades. They did a fantastic job, left no mess - couldn't even tell they had been in the house! And the price was competitive. Great company!

I was totally offended by the email re: my invoice, that asked if I wanted to give a tip! You have to be kidding! I have just written a check for over $500 for work that took under 2 hours, and you think I want to fork out more money to 2 men for doing there normal job? So when did this tip thing extend to regular salaried people? I found it totally offensive.
I did love everything else, though, and have already recommended you to a couple of friends. 😄

This was my 2nd carpet cleaning done by ZeroRes and the senior tech who cleaned my carpets did an outstanding job. Not only did he clean my carpets very well but he told me everything I needed to be informed about prior to proceeding with the job. He actually gave me more information than I was accustomed to receiving prior to carpet cleaning. Cudos to this particular gentleman for outstanding performance.
