I had been unhappy with the technician and the quality of cleaning at a previous cleaning. I was surprised, because I had heard such good things about the company on KMOX. I had written to Zerorez to make them aware, and soon received a phone call, pretty much insisting they wanted to send a more seasoned technician out to make it right. That impressed me. Mark and his assistant came yesterday (July 7, 2021). They did make it right. My main reason to have the carpet cleaned was a buildup of dust/dirt along the baseboards, which I had explained to the previous technician, citing my expectation with their flat-edge cleaner apparatus that I expected he could come close to the baseboards. The previous technician did not come close, as I noticed the edges were not even damp. Mark explained the reasons causing build-up, explained he would do his best but perhaps could not completely eliminate the stains. True, there still is some residual, but it is lighter and not to noticeable now. My husband and I appreciated his honesty, his taking his time with us, his efficiency and wonderful cleaning of the carpet, and his cleaning the entire carpeting, although I had said he only needed to clean the edges and high traffic areas. Thank you, Zerorez, and know that we will be recommending your company to our friends.
