Technician was courteous, friendly, professional. Like the way he Corner protectors to keep the hoses from rubbing on the corners. Was able to get out 90% of all the stains. Mind you some of the stains have been there for multiple years.

Well, it was expensive for this widow, but ALL of the dog stains were gone! Really didn't expect to see such an excellent job! The man who did all the work was capable, friendly and considerate. And the carpeting on the steps looked like new....still does. Frankly, I've been sorely disappointed by other cleaning companies, including Stanley Steamer.

After the duct cleaning our house was so much cleaner. We have multiple dogs in the house so pet dander and dust are major issues for us. I would dust in the morning and then by the evening you could not even tell. After the duct cleaning our house smells better and I am back to only needing to dust once a week! The tech showed up on time and did a great job. We researched many companies but are glad we chose Zerorez. The experience was so great that we will be using them to clean our carpets.

I like that you use your own water and have a disposal tank and not use my toilet for waste water like stanley steamer does. carpet feels cleaner
Tech was very knowledgeable on the job he was doing. Made sure I knew exactly what he was doing the entire time he was here. Showed me before and after pictures of my duct work. Made sure I knew he had to leave the door open when he saw our cats. Offered other products that Zerorez had.
