The techs are professional and the service is great! Unfortunately, not all carpets can be saved and after 3 cleanings, the dog smell is still there.

I would have given a 10, but our technician, who was VERY nice and professional, was not wearing his mask properly in our home. We are very careful about our exposure, so it was an awkward situation when he didn't have his mask over his nose 90% of the time and the rest of the time, he would pull it down to talk!!! Which 100% defeats the purpose of the mask. PLEASE please please educate your staff and don't put customers in awkward positions of feeling exposed in their own homes. :-/
