We had our carpets cleaned Sat. Mar. 27 by Sedrick Cole. We are very pleased with the results. Initially, I had some questions about the price estimate. I felt that I was being charged twice for the same area. He quickly addressed my concerns and adjusted the price downwards. He was prompt and thorough in completing the work. Very fresh smell when finished and the carpets looked great. Had a few stains that seemed to have disappeared. My technician Daniel was very nice and informative. He suggested a few additional applications that would help maintain my carpets and I purchased them. No high pressure sales at all. Would highly recommend trying Zerorez & Daniel!

Pick and delivery was easy. Very old cruddy carpet from Saudi that had been in a multiple dirty Smokey homes came back renewed and smelling fresh. We can see the original colors and sheen of the more shinier yarns. Lovely.

I thought the 2 gentleman that came into my home we’re extremely professional, polite and well informed of the whole process. Very satisfied with the results so far. Cortez and his counterpart were great.
What I like best was the customer service. Every company has mishaps and employees who just have bad days. A company that backs up their service and employees is very rare. I give them a 10 because they were very quick to nack up their service and did a great job!
