Justin, the technician who cleaned our carpets did a very nice job and was very good with explaining the process. If I had one wish, I wish you weren’t so busy so that you could’ve gotten out here sooner when the original coffee stain happened. Justin explained some ways should the problem happen again for things that I can do to make the stain lighter.

The timely manner they showed up tp do their job. They had a suggested time between 8am and 11 am he shows up about 930 am. He searched for pet stain spots and treated them and the whole carpet. He was very professional start to finish. The carpet in some areas had set in stains he did try to get out, but couldn't. When he was finished the carpet looked brand new and well clean. It is well worth the price you pay. I would hire them again.

I had several questions about your cleaning process, and Justin answered them fully to my satisfaction. And he did ask me after he had completed the work we wanted done if there was anything else we might want done. Justin was a very personable yet professional young man, seemed very eager to see us happy with the work, and we appreciated a job well done.
Also, and most importantly, our carpet looks FAR better than any other service has ever done.

The carpet is fresh and clean with no weird fragrance smell. It is soft and not crunchy like other companies we have used. Every employee we have worked with has always been nice and efficient.
Friendly technician, carpets were dry by end of same day after having a morning appointment, stain lifting pre-treatment was a great idea but was on the pricier side based on our small bedroom sizes.
