We love your courteous, dependable, knowledgeable service technicians and their thorough carpet cleaning. This year we are especially grateful to Zerorez for accommodating our special request for "sudden service" within a tight time frame. At the end of a long hot day, Cody was cheerful and professional - even after cleaning our three first-floor rooms, two flights of stairs, and a third-floor attic room. Cody made it look easy, but we know all that carpet took EFFORT!

Your technician was wonderful!! I was not home but my wife could not speak any higher of him than an 11. He was extremely polite, very professional and in general she said it was the best experience she ever had with someone coming to our home to do ANY job. If all your employees are as nice and thorough as this young man was, you have a tremendous company.

My husband and I used Zerorez three years ago when we first bought our house. The service was nice and professional, but we didn’t see much of a difference after the cleaning. We thought maybe the carpet was beyond restoring. When it came time to do our carpets again I almost went with someone else just to see if another business would have more luck with the carpeting we inherited from the previous owners. I am so glad I gave Zerorez a second try. Our technician, Ladarius T., did an AMAZING job! He was extremely professional and kind to me and my young children, and his work was meticulous and thorough. He worked carefully but efficiently. I can’t believe the difference! He was able to remove stains the previous cleaning did not, and our carpets look, feel, and smell completely restored. Ladarius deserves every one of the stars in this rating and then some because his cleaning technique and attention to detail made all the difference, and he has turned us into lifetime customers of Zerorez.
