Only down size was the service van they used was leaking oil and left a large oil stain on my concrete driveway.
It might be helpful if you would ask the customer if the carpet in question was a area rug and did it sit on a hardwood floorl .It might save a trip for the tedhnician.

I appreciated the technician who answered questions, advised about what could and could not be expected, and assured me Zerorez would return to make any corrections needed. The carpet looks good and feels soft. The sales rep whom I initially dealt with was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and patiently answered many questions about the services that you offer. I appreciated the email/text communications, especially the "written" estimate. I had trouble with the online credit card payment option (the credit card number I keyed in - and double checked - three different times somehow translated to a different number on the screen). Although you are not unique among service providers, it's frustrating as a consumer to have a three hour window. The technician did call in advance as expected, and worked quickly and efficiently.

Justin Schrad was our Zerorez representative and did an INCREDIBLE job getting our landing, stairs and chair clean.
We used a Bissell carpet cleaning solution with an oxy additive which turned our light grey carpet a beige color.
Justin was able to clean and pull that sticky gunk out of our carpet and fluff up the carpet pile.
Our carpet looks brand new and like it was installed yesterday.

I like that the tile and grout and area rug all got cleaned without using harsh chemicals. The ducts are clean now too. I liked the price and both technicians were super great. Very polite and kept us involved. Asked us several times if we were happy and did we have any questions. (Some places come in and do their thing and leave and it makes you apprehensive to talk to them)
