I had 3 rooms cleaned and one room was especially dirty and it looks awesome now. The gentleman that did my carpet was very polite, said yes ma'am, answered any questions I had. I really appreciated that, so I will definitely be calling again to have him come back.

Cedric was very friendly and professional. He made sure to do a thorough cleaning of all rooms. I love that I can notice the difference in how clean the carpets are and that we could walk on them pretty much right away.
My carpets were cleaned as I expected as well as some area rugs. Service staff were polite and understate my issues I needed corrected. (Had animal urine in several areas). Job was completed in a timely manner. Very pleased.

I hired Zerorez to clean my carpets, chairs and airducts. They did an excellent job! I was really impressed with their honesty. They showed me my airducts and said they were clean. They didn't recommend for me to clean them right now. What an honest company!
