I could not have asked for two better associates of Zerorez. Eric and Gary did an excellent job. From the phone call letting me know they were in route to my home. Explaining what they would be doing. My carpet has not looked better in several years. Did a much better job than the last crew from Zerorez. Thoroughly cleaned the high traffic areas. I could not be happier. I would highly recommend Eric and Gary to anyone who wants their carpets cleaned properly. On a scale of 1-10, I give them a 12.

On time, very friendly. Efficient, checked every room for stains or heavy soiled then began cleaning. Would highly recommend zerotez.
Great cleaning service
Terry came in, reviewed the job and went to work. In about half the time expected he was done. Working from the machine in the van was much more efficient than others that bring one into the house. Plus, was the best job we have had in this house.
When the job was done an updated invoice was emailed, the bill paid and he was of to the next location. Would recommend to any friend of mine!
