We have used Zerorez for years for carpet cleaning and a few months ago for air duct cleaning for the first time. We are always very satisfied and refer the company to anyone who needs their services. We ask for Sederick every time for carpet cleaning. He is so nice and professional. We've never had a problem with the service and the carpets always smell so clean afterwards. .
Eric C., the technician that came to our house for our carpet cleaning was wonderful. He was extremely professional, personable and efficient. He took time to ask questions about any concerns we may have and then took time to talk to us about follow up care. He was so pleasant to work with. He did a great job and our carpets look wonderful!
Zerorez understood the assignment! I told them exactly what I needed and the outcome I was hoping for. They did not try to upset any other service and told me exactly what they would do to meet my expectation. They exceeded. I have had them out twice and they are always professional and leave the property better than when they arrived.

On time and friendly staff
The techs were friendly and professional and our vents even SMELL cleaner (we did opt for the disinfectant). I really liked that we were shown before and after photos of our system and got to see how important it is to get our system cleaned regularly. I will be recommending them to my parents who have lived in their house for 20 years and never had their ducts cleaned!!
