All the stains are gone! The technician did a marvelous job finding and eradicating them—the carpet looks brand new. We bought this 2-year old home in November and between the party animal former residents, their actual animals, and construction we had done post move in, the carpeting was a mess. I am more than pleased with the results.

Eric did a FABULOUS and thorough job cleaning our carpeting. At my request, the 2nd person who the appointment for 4/6/21 made sure I was getting a tech who was fragrance free. Eric was, and also had no problem wearing a mask, as I am immuno-compromised. I have used Zerorez three or four times now to clean our office carpets. They are always quick to set an appointment and very responsive. Every employee that has been to my office was on time, pleasant, hard working and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. They always leave things smelling and looking great. I have seen them work miracles on stains. When they leave you would never even know the stains had been there. I will definitely use Zerorez the next time the carpets need cleaned.
