Scheduling is very easy, timing of the associates is always on time or early with our approval, carpets are always clean.
Eric was running ahead of time. He called me and asked politely if coming early would be okay with me. It was perfect for us and he told me his ETA. He arrived and was very professional. He explained the process, went over the rooms that were scheduled to be cleaned and got to work. He cleaned up our foyer as some water got on it while he was leaving with the equipment. Eric was great the entire time he was here!
