Eric did a FABULOUS and thorough job cleaning our carpeting. At my request, the 2nd person who the appointment for 4/6/21 made sure I was getting a tech who was fragrance free. Eric was, and also had no problem wearing a mask, as I am immuno-compromised. We have used Zerorez for years for carpet cleaning and a few months ago for air duct cleaning for the first time. We are always very satisfied and refer the company to anyone who needs their services. We ask for Sederick every time for carpet cleaning. He is so nice and professional. We've never had a problem with the service and the carpets always smell so clean afterwards. .
