The techs were friendly and professional and our vents even SMELL cleaner (we did opt for the disinfectant). I really liked that we were shown before and after photos of our system and got to see how important it is to get our system cleaned regularly. I will be recommending them to my parents who have lived in their house for 20 years and never had their ducts cleaned!!

There was not a long wait to get an appointment. Service man arrived during the appointment window and was pleasant and polite. It didn't take a long time for the cleaning. The process was clean, nothing left behind. The cleaned surfaces dried quickly and look very nice,
The whole process was super simple and easy, from the initial phone call to set up the service, to the actual service being completed. Everyone I talked to and dealt with was super nice and helpful. I love that we were able to see videos of our ducts as the cleaning was being done. It really justified the service.

I just bought my first home and the carpets were in desperate need of cleaning. Cedric was very professional and courteous. He explained the services and options to me very well and was helpful! He was very through, but quick. Everything dried nicely and smelled so much better when it was done. I will be having ZEROREZ back to do a pet cleaning and help with other cleaning projects in the future.
