Zerorez did a wonderful job on my air ducts. Cortez and crew were very efficient, informative and polite.
Not much to say. The men came into my house, set-up the hoses, fired up the vacuum, too pictures to show me how bad then how GOOD, returned the suction hoses to the truck, checked to make SURE that ALL items were accounted for. got pay for work done, got into the truck, left!!!!!

Eric showed up early inside the window of time scheduled so I didn’t have to wait around the whole time. He was professional and friendly and got straight to work. The carpets looked great when he was finished, especially the staircase which had become really dirty over the years. Several stubborn stains came out during the cleaning as well. I like that Zerorez cleans without making the carpets soapy and that they are a greener alternative to conventional cleaning. When I contacted Zerorez to discuss my order the customer service rep worked to find ways to save me money on their services. All-in-all a really great experience and affordable too.

Efficiency however tho I have used you over the years for my rentals but this time I was not 100% satisfied with the outcome nothing bad about the gentleman that did them the carpets still look dirty ?
Definitely could notice the difference in our basement carpet even though there are only two of us, and we consider ourselves very neat people and have no pets. Sedric was professional, knew what he was doing, and very respectful of property.

The technician was able to remove the smell of cat urine from my carpet.
Well, first off... Jason who came out was very upbeat, polite and wasted no time getting things done. He also was very calm and relaxed with our pit bull who can be a bit intimidating. That really meant a lot to me.
Now luckily when a piece of broke off of his equipment, he had the spare part on his truck and was able to fix it without having to reschedule and coming back later. Again, that meant a lot to me as it would have been something of a disaster if I couldn't get the rooms put back together right away since my son was coming back in town after a very long absence.
Guess it wasn't exactly luck he had the part, as Jason explained that most of the other tech's do not carry any spare parts on their trucks, but he does just for times like these.
If true, that to me is a failure of management. My father was the founder and owner of Berry Door. I worked for him for years and know the relevance of having every possible spare part and tool needed for the unexpected on his well stocked service trucks. Think this should be addressed by your company.
Another thing... there was an one inch ring around the perimeter of each room that was not clean. Jason said that was as close as the machine could get. I'm not at all satisfied with that. My son owns a detailing company that does boats, RV's and vehicles and his customers would never be happy if he left a one inch ring around the carpets on the floor boards or the carpets of an interior of an RV. Not having the equipment is no excuse. Get the equipment to accomplish the job and I don't mean just vacuum it. It needs cleaned as deep as the rest of the room.
The carpets did look amazing and two out of three rooms, looked practically brand new despite their old age. I gave you guys a ten rating because Jason was great to work with, because I believe Zerorez cleans deeper than all other services and my carpets were bone dry the very next morning. (I was very concerned about them taking forever to dry and possibly having mildew maybe set in).
You asked for feedback and had to give my honest opinion. Do hope my concerns are considered and addressed.
They did a great job on my huge light sectional. My family lives on so it gets a lot of wear. It looks great and I love how quickly the sectional and carpets dried.
