It’s really great they don’t use harsh chemicals and still gets the carpets deep cleaned. The floors afterwards are not soaking wet and are completely dry in an hour. They are professional and friendly and efficient.

I was hit with a severe asthma attack that was triggered while I was cleaning some very nice, high-quality furniture that had been in storage that we were gifted. After hearing their radio spots for decades, I made the call to ZEROREZ to help us mitigate the allergens that triggered the attack. Making the appointment was easy and the representative on the phone was outstanding, explained the services available, got us booked quickly! Our technician from ZEROREZ did a fantastic job of cleaning our upholstered furniture and large area rugs. He was professional, thorough, wore his mask, and went above and beyond to communicate with me via text while I was working in my home office. Jason, my cleaning specialist, was genuinely polite throughout the whole process. Unmatched customer service skills! He called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he walked through the areas that needed to be cleaned, assesed the job and let me know my options. We had some staining and he treated those spots. The carpets came out amazing! He was professional, had a tidy appearance and was very attentive to my customer service needs. You can tell Jason takes pride in himself and the company. The van he drove looked well kept. He brought in the equipment he needed and was very thoughtful to be careful. I will make a point to tell everyone about the wonderful experience and would recommend zerorez to anyone that needs cleaning.

Favorite aspect other than the in person experience is that you stand by your product. I called back in to get a stain corrected that did not come up with the initial cleaning. Customer service was fantastic and immediately got me rescheduled for a repeat cleaning. Everyone was so kind and professional and great care was taken to ensure it was immediately rectified. Love this company and would highly recommend using them.
