I love the ability to book my appointments online. The technician (Eric) is extremely nice and helpful. My only qualm is with the pet stain treatment we had done, it wasn't completely clear to me the first day that we would have to pay more when the problem wasn't fully resolved. The way it was explained, I thought they would come back out and take care of it given what we had already paid. The total cost for the pet treatment ended up being kind of high given the small area treated. Aside from that, everything has been excellent.

Carpet isn’t soaked and dries faster. Looks great. Tech was helpful and friendly and offered me additional services he offered to assist me in putting things back intro room . He is a hard worker and would be an asset to any company. Hope he is paid enough because he sure earns it.
