Carpet was noticeably cleaner, and it only took a little over an hour to clean 5 rooms! Highly recommend.
I have used Zerorez several times and keep coming back because they do such a great job. I can always get an appointment time/day that works for my schedule and they are always prompt. Antonio gave me a call about 20 minutes before his arrival, which was very thoughtful and helpful. He was very professional and courteous. He explained everything he was going to do before he started and gave me an opportunity to ask questions. As well, throughout the cleaning process, Antonio kept me informed as to what he was doing next. He also ask me to check out his work as he cleaned to make sure I was satisfied with the way it looked. I encourage anyone who needs their carpet cleaned to check out Zerorez.
