Your service is outstanding! Antonio came to my house to clean the carpets and unfortunately the vehicle/water pressure ?? wasn't working correctly. He cleaned 3 bedroom carpets and tried and tried to keep the equipment working but to no avail. He went back to the shop and got another vehicle and returned to finish the rest of the carpets. I called the next day to get a reservice on the 3 bedrooms. No issues. Antonio returned within a few days and did the reservice. That young man worked his butt off!! Both days!! He is very polite and his work ethic is outstanding!!! I truly hope this young man goes far in life. Companies in general need more people like him!! Thank you Antonio for a great job even when things didn't go smooth!!

Overall it was a great experience. The person arrived on time and gave a good explanation as to what to expect. My carpets turned out real good considering they are pretty old.
