I love them. They walk around with you at the beginning to look at any stains and tell you what they are going to do for you. Then they get to work. When they are done it looks like you have brand new carpets and it smells good. If you have stains that pop up they will come back and clean them again.

Antonio did an outstanding job cleaning the carpets. He was more patient then other ZEROREZ techs when cleaning the carpet. Antonio was not the assigned tech. My tech was not available and I had to call 30 min after my service window had ended. I was not happy until Antonio arrived and his words and his approach to cleaning the carpet put me at ease. He also convinced me to get my air ducts cleaned. I’m awaiting my call back.

ZEROREZ service and technicians are outstanding, as are the end results. From the time you schedule the service and they confirm the appointment, to the technician calling prior to arrival, to pre-treating stains and protecting the carpeting and furniture that is moved, I am always pleased. My most recent carpet cleaning went particularly well. The technician was very respectful, friendly, and efficient even though my apartment is on the third floor of my building, adding quite a burden to his job.
