The man who did the carpet cleaning service, was very efficient, friendly and did a great job. I believe his name was Antonio but I am not sure. He was very professional and had the knowledge and experience to get the job done. This was our first experience with Zerorez and it was a very pleasant one.

We had the carpets in 5 of our rooms cleaned - 4 bedrooms and living room. I walked in our home after a full day of work and it smelled clean!
I liked many aspects of Zerorez services:
1) I had questions and they were answered promptly via text.
2) We were given a 3 hour window in which the technician would arrive, the technician called in that 3 hour window and gave an updated ETA.
3) Great work, job well done. Nice to have clean rugs!
4) Pleasant, helpful attitudes whether via text, phone, or in person.
Heard about Zerorez from The Point. I really liked how easy it was to schedule carpet cleaning. It was easy, clear, and convenient. Robert Lewis was the rep from Zerorez and he was really knowledgeable and kind. Due to his service, we would use Zerorez again.
