Didn't take long to clean years of dirt from the carpet. Guys were nice about moving the few things I couldn't move myself (knee replacement). Knew what they were doing and seemed to like their jobs. No smelly odor from the products they used.

We scheduled an appointment to have our living room, family room, stairs and upper hallway cleaned. Two technicians came to our home. Sedrick and Darian were very knowledgeable about the ZEROREZ process and were willing to answer all the questions that I asked. They were both very efficient in cleaning our Triexta carpets.which are very light in color.
We previously used another national company to clean our carpets and I can clearly say that the ZEROREZ process did a superior job compared with the other company we used last time.
We plan to use ZEROREZ again and hope to have one or both the same technicians to do the work. Thanks ZEROREZ.
