Everything!!! My technician was professional, kind, knowledgeable- absolutely first rate. I had terrible stains after my puppy got into my makeup. But ZEROREZ got it right out. Just wonderful!
We were happy with the stairs and front bedroom effort. The rear bedroom, which was more of a challenge, could have been cleaned better. We were asked, before doing that room, if we would like to upgrade to a deeper cleaning. We thought a deeper clean would be automatic without having to pay more for the add-on since the stains were not oil or feces or other questionable stain. They were primarily from soda or food. Nor was I sure a request for a tip was called for.
We would probably use your service again, but I would be more vigilant as to what to expect at the end (Ad-on, tip request).
The carpet is noticeably cleaner. Antonio W., who did the cleaning, was efficient and informative. Very personable.

I liked how clean the carpets were afterwards, all spots removed, but a little unhappy with footprints(left by the enployee) on my hardwood floors, in three places. It took some rubbing, with a hardwood cleaner, to remove the footprints
No harsh chemicals and no sticky feeling. Dried pretty quickly. .

I had heard your ad on KMOX years ago and when I needed a deep cleaning due to pet accidents you were who came to mind.
I was easy to get a appointment and scheduling staff very helpful. Antonio the tech that did the cleaning was very pleasant and worked very hard on the area of the carpet that needed that BIO cleaning.
