I was having the carpets cleaned in preparation for my wife's return to St. Louis from a month-ling trip to England visiting our second grandchild. The gentleman that provided my service was very polite and efficient. I have no doubt that a lot of dirt was removed from my carpets. However, I was a bit surprised that he was able to clean over 1,300 sq ft of carpet in roughly an hour and a half and correspondingly disappointed that some of the heavier dirt-stained areas were not hit a bit harder. I have a wet vac system that I have used myself over the years and I'm quite certain that I would have been able to get some of those areas cleaner with a bit more "elbow grease" without damaging the carpet.

The two men who came were very nice and did a good job for us. They worked well together and accomplished the tasks very efficiently. The carpets look great and the upholstery too.

Efficicient personable workers
My carpet isn’t soaked in water, can walk on it 7-8 hrs later. If you have ceiling fans turn them on and it will dry faster.
The tech wears a protective cover over his shoes, polite, explains if or if not a stain can be removed. They do there best to remove areas that has a lot of tracking. Covers are put on corners on walls so the tubing does not scrape them.
I’m very please with there service and tech. This the 2nd time I have used them, and will again.

Much respect to the company for not falling into the BS bait and switch trend of charging a small amount to get their foot in the door, promising an entire system cleaning, just to tell you in person you need to spend hundreds more to get what you really need. I made my appointment online and knew exactly what I would be paying before anybody arrived. The technicians were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Although I never really had a problem, my wife has allergy issues and has noticed a huge improvement in the air quality in our home. Five animals make a lot more fur buildup in the ducts than I ever imagined and almost felt sick after seeing the before and after pictures seeing what we were breathing in. Well worth the money, especially since the wife is breathing better and the house is cleaner. We've noticed much less dust on surfaces as well, making cleaning easier.

This is the second time I've use Zerorez. My carpets look great. And the price is reasonable. The technician that came to the house called when he was on his way. He was very nice, courteous and professional. He also called me into the room he was cleaning and showed me the difference between the clean spot and the dirty area. Even the pet accidents came clean.
