I had a great experience with Zerorez. We had a large area in a home office that was badly soiled from our dogs coat where she would lay and roll around leaving the oils. Darian who cleaned our carpet was very professional and explained the process to me before starting. He pretreated the soiled area with a degreaser 1st, before cleaning the carpet. The whole room turned out great including the soiled area. The drying time was about 24 hours, which seemed long, but was not a problem for me. I would definitely recommend Zerorez.

We had the house tested for mold and radon and those came back negative. We had the team come out to clean our 20 year old house and they found 30 years of debris from the construction.
