I love them. They walk around with you at the beginning to look at any stains and tell you what they are going to do for you. Then they get to work. When they are done it looks like you have brand new carpets and it smells good. If you have stains that pop up they will come back and clean them again.

I just bought my condo & the carpet clearly hasn’t been cleaned in awhile. When ZEROREZ finished it, it look completely brand new! And got rid of the smoke smell that the carpet was holding as well. Would most definitely recommend, especially if you need a good cleaning!
